Treasury Management Support Specialist
 
Responsibilities and goals:  Provide technical and customer support for Treasury Management products.  Must demonstrate the ability to problem solve and effectively communicate with internal and external customers.  Positive attitude and willingness to learn is a requirement for this role.   Provide support to the sales team and work with Operations, Compliance, IT and Credit Administration departments.   Provide excellent support to increase customer retention resulting in non-interest income and deposit growth.  Flexible and willing to assist in other areas to ensure positive growth of the department.

 

  • Ecorp/Business Online Banking/Billpay
    • Setup new users and existing customer maintenance
    • Responsible for troubleshooting
    • Communicate with employees and customers with questions/changes
    • Scan paperwork to Director
  • Merchant Services
    • Strong understanding of payment processing
    • Assist customer with terminal troubleshooting and questions regarding pricing, account changes or supply orders
    • Provide support to the sales staff with boarding new customers and/or supporting existing customers
  • Remote Deposit Capture
    • Setup access in Access Manager
    • Provide customer support for the Remote Deposit system
      • Knowledge of the front end (customer view) and bank end (Bank view) of the product
      • Troubleshoot connection issues
    • Manage Remote Deposit inventory
      • Scanners and ink supply
  • ACH Processing
    • Setup access in Access Manager
    • Install and train customer on ACH system
    • Provide customer support for the ACH system
      • Knowledge of the front end (customer view) and bank end (Bank view) of the product
      • Troubleshoot  problems or issues with file processing
  • Lockbox
    • Setup new Lockbox customers
    • Provide training on Lockbox system to customer
    • Provide customer service for system
  • Positive Pay
    • Setup  and integrate files for new customers
    • Provide ongoing customer support of product
  • Additional Responsibilities to include:
    • Assist with ACH and RDC annual financial and on-site reviews
      • Manage annual review schedule
      • Work with Credit Administration to complete reviews
    • Assist with document scanning
    • Provide assistance with projects related to Treasury Management products
      • Upgrades, new products, conversions, etc.
    • Professional development
      • Required to continuously strengthen communication skills, product knowledge and industry changes as related to payment processing/Treasury Management
    • Assist with Vault maintenance to the Treasury Management pages
    • Assist with completing monthly referral and RDC activity report

 
Education and/or Experience  High school diploma or equivalent; college degree with two years banking experience preferred.
