Well-trained bankers who recognize and stop attempted dishonest activity are the first line of defense in protecting a financial institution from fraudsters. Unfortunately, too often, new account personnel are trained “on the job,” which results in an environment of potential vulnerability and unnecessary losses for the bank. Additionally, with complex business structures emerging and constant new regulations, the need for ongoing training is paramount to maintain diligence as well as update processes and procedures.

This two-day advanced program is one of the most comprehensive seminars offered on the topic of deposit accounts in the country. It is presented in an interactive format by Suzie Jones, CFP®, an instructor with more than 40 years’ experience opening new accounts as well as managing and leading successful new account teams. The presentation provides answers to complex questions asked by customers and employees. This workshop is highly interactive and includes case studies. Come prepared to get your questions answered!

The 200+ page reference manual is customized to Tennessee state law and is an invaluable resource.
