The Young Bankers Division, celebrating its 60th year, presents Leadership Convention. Join us in Nashville for educational sessions focused on banking industry trends, leadership development skills, peer-to-peer learning, a variety of opportunities for networking, and the election of Young Bankers Division officers and directors.

The Young Bankers Division works to engage, connect, and empower young banking professionals from across the state to shape and lead the future of the state’s financial industry. Attendees include leaders from all areas within the bank generally aged in their 30s to early 40s.
