The Loan Operations Specialist is a full-time salaried position, will report to the Chief Lending Officer. This person will contribute significantly to 3Roots by ensuring complete, timely, and accurate loan files are maintained physically and electronically. Will also be responsible for communication with borrowers, bank partners, investors, and other stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous loan administration experience in a conventional bank environment or for an eager learner from another industry that is system and process minded.
