Maintaining or auditing a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance effort and an anti-money laundering (AML) program requires a solid foundation in current regulations and regulatory philosophies. Prerequisites: This is not an introductory program; all attendees should receive at least six hours of formal BSA/AML training prior to attending. The Tennessee Bankers Association hosts a one-day BSA/AML Compliance Management overview program in the fall that serves as a great foundation for attending this school.
