Program Overview: TBA and Belmont University Executive Education are partnering to provide this program for current and emerging banking leaders and influencers who want to make a positive impact in their organizations by developing effective leadership and relationships management mindsets, skills, and behaviors. Participants in this certificate program will develop critical capacities for leading selves, leading others, and building and maintaining an effective culture of employee and customer relationship engagement as the industry experiences continued disruption and change.
The program is structured into four 2-day sessions (eight modules total) spread across four months, and will cover key leadership competencies including emotional intelligence, team dynamics, cross-generational leadership, negotiation, coaching, succession planning, change leadership, and customer relationship management.
Program Duration and Format: 4 two-day workshops (9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m./CT) that will be taught by highly qualified Belmont University instructors
Location: Bradley Barrett Training Center at the TBA building (211 Athens Way, Nashville, TN 37228)
Total Cost: $1,950 (includes all materials)
