2025 Virtual BSA/AML/CFT Compliance Management

A strong Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Financing Terrorism (BSA/AML/CFT) program is crucial for financial institutions to comply with regulations designed to prevent money laundering and other financial crimes.  Recent BSA/AML/CFT consent orders tell us we may be lacking.  Whether you are new to BSA/AML/CFT or a seasoned pro, TBA’s 2025 BSA/AML/CFT Compliance Management Program is designed to help you get it right. TBA’s BSA/AML/CFT Compliance Management Program is dedicated to acclimating new bankers and new-to-BSA responsibilities while providing a refresh back-to-basics for seasoned staff to the essentials of BSA/AML/CFT Program compliance.  In addition, we highlight emerging risks bankers are facing today and potentially in the future.

This is a virtual class for those who cannot attend in person on October 29th.
