Presented by the Louisiana Bankers Association, make plans to join us for the annual Bank Counsel Conference December 10-12, 2025 at The Westin, New Orleans. The conference will include two days of presentations on recent legislation and court decisions involving banking and commercial laws, as well as presentations on federal banking regulations and other current issues. We are pleased to have other state banking associations join us for the conference.

Below is a tentative schedule: 
• Wednesday December 10, 2025 - Women in Law Roundtable Discussion - 4:00pm-5:30pm
• Thursday December 11, 2025 - Registration begins at 7:15am. Sessions from 8:00am-5:05pm; Cocktail Reception from 5:15pm-6:45pm
• Friday December 12, 2025 - Sessions from 7:45am-3:45pm

• Conference Registration (Includes Ethics & Professionalism & Electronic Materials) - $650 member; $975 non-members
• Ethics and Professionalism Registration Only: $200 (Includes Electronic Materials) - Contact the LBA office at 225-387-3282 for registration

For online registration, please note: Under the registration options, choose Tennessee Bankers Association to get member pricing. You are a member if: you are an in-house attorney who is employed with a bank that is a member of a group participating state association OR a member of a participating state association's attorney or affiliate membership group.

Continuing Education Credit

This event has been approved for 11 general credit hours and 2 dual hours for the ethics and professionalism sessions for Tennessee members.
