Landmark Community Bank is a state chartered, non-member bank headquartered in Collierville, TN with three branches in the middle Tennessee area, and four branches and an Operations Center in the Memphis area. Currently we are seeking candidates for a Teller/Customer Service Representative (CSR) position in our Franklin, TN branch.
The Teller/CSR acts as an ambassador of the Bank, greeting individual and business customers, and building customer loyalty through courtesy and friendliness. The Teller/CSR provides basic teller services, explains the Bank’s various services to customers, and assists customers in selecting the right services. Opens various types of new accounts and verifies and processes changes to existing accounts. Resolves basic service issues or refers issues to appropriate Bank employee to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
A High School degree is required and a minimum of six months’ experience in a role dealing with the public. Requires basic math skills and a working knowledge of computers, including the ability to work with various applications simultaneously. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve and a willingness to take initiative to improve work processes and assist coworkers.
