1711-01 Credit Administration Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY: The Credit Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Credit Officer, the Lenders and other employees of the organization.  This position assists with the preparation of loan application packages, data input and management into systems, and supports the credit team as needed.
1.       Collect application, ensure application is fully completed and transaction is documented (may require direct contact with the applicant).
2.       Input all fields in Salesforce account and loan files, including a transaction summary which can be used for analysis and underwriting.
3.       Determine all financial information needed to complete application package and collect from the applicant, so that the folder is fully documented when application is moved from Data Collection to Underwriting.
4.       Determine updated financial information required for loan renewals and collect from the borrower with sufficient lead time to allow underwriting and documentation prior to loan maturity.
5.       Provides support to loan officers including correspondence, such as pulling credit reports, preparing denial letters and other loan documentation.
6.       Review current loan files to confirm available financial and collateral information, determine updated information requirements, and collect updated information from the borrower.
7.       Complete administrative documentation for loan closings (order appraisals, order title work, scan and file closed loan packages, file collateral documentation, etc.).
8.       Support credit group with portfolio statistical analysis, as needed
9.       Maintains confidentiality of company and client information.
10.   Displays a professional and positive appearance.
11.   Performs general administrative duties.
12.   Recommends ways to improve the quality and delivery of services.
13.   Perform all lending operations task as assigned.
14.   Reacts productively to change.
15.   Performs other duties as assigned
