Programming
Offered as a partnership training program with ABA, TBA is pleased
to bring this training to the membership. eLearning courses are
an alternative to other training available to the TBA membership.
There are approximately 50 Performance Training Series programs
available online in a self-paced format. These programs can be completed
in as few as 4 to 6 hours at a time and location convenient to the
end user. The content of these programs has been written and tested
by bankers, and deals with current industry specific issues. In
addition to these industry specific training courses, computer skills
training is also available through this partnership. The eLearning
programs have proven to be a value added resource to bank training
programs regardless of bank size. Contact
