The Executive Banking Institute is designed specifically to enable CEOs and senior bank executives to enhance significantly their management skills and gain working knowledge of the latest proven high-performance programs. A graduate-level school for bank officers, the GSB is a three-year school with a two-week resident session each year. The school, organized in 1950, features computer-based simulations, microcomputer models, case work, and extension problems along with traditional classroom instruction. The GSB is cosponsored by 15 state bankers associations, including Tennessee.
