In response to requests from our member banks for frontline training, TBA is pleased to make this frontline training DVD available for you to purchase.

This DVD is broken down into three sessions. Each session averages 30 minutes in length and deals with a specific teller foundational skill or topic:
• Session I: Teller Basics
• Session II: Check Cashing Procedures and Tips
• Session III: Service Excellence Standards
The DVD includes a detailed training workbook, Frontline Training Series for Tellers. It can be downloaded directly to the participant’s computer or printed out so they can add their own notes. The workbook will serve as an ongoing teller resource for reference and reinforcement.

Holiday Signs - Each set contains 17 signs
These 5x7 inch signs come in sets of 17, one for each of the standard holidays observed by the Federal Reserve System. The signs adhere to any glass or wood surface without leaving any residue upon removal.

*The TBA has been offering holiday signs based on the TBA fiscal year.  However, our members have suggested that a calendar year would be more logical and convenient.  Therefore, this year’s set will include 2012 signs from Memorial Day through Christmas plus all 2013 holidays — a total of 17 signs.   In subsequent years, beginning with 2014, the sets will cover a calendar year from New Year’s Day through Christmas Day.

They provide the ideal way to notify your customers in advance of closing dates.
