Each year, over 150 bankers across the state come together at the Independent Bankers Division Convention. Tuesday afternoon includes a business session on the impact of the nationwide credit crisis on the local bank acquisition market, followed by a reception for all convention participants. The business session on the following day covers current issues of interest to community banks and ends with the election of division officers and directors.
