Compliance is everybody’s job, and it affects every function within the organization. Sure, the compliance officer and senior management develop the policies and procedures, but often, frontline employees are responsible for implementing the plan. Understanding the requirements lays the foundation for success.
This presentation is designed to provide information and clarification on compliance responsibilities for frontline employees and will provide a platform for getting those important questions answered. The content and the materials provide important information on new requirements such as Regulation GG and the Regulation E overdraft opt-in. The presenter, Laura Wilson uses her 24 years of experience to shed light on areas and issues where frontline personnel routinely have questions and make mistakes.
