One effect of consolidation in the financial services industry has been a loss of experienced staff members. This highly concentrated seminar provides a foundation for recent graduates to understand banking better. It is a valuable supplement for those coming to banking from other work experiences.
The seminar covers some of the most important fundamentals of banking and is designed to provide basic knowledge useful to bankers at all levels. It is for persons just entering the world of banking or those with a need to expand their understanding of the profession and industry.
Participants will learn fundamentals of bank accounting and principles of bank operations that can make them more effective and efficient. Technical information is presented in a nonthreatening, down-to-earth approach designed to result in understanding rather than intimidation.
