This seminar provides an in-depth look at the types of legal documents connected with safe deposit box operations including IRS levies, court orders, search orders, warrants, and many more. In addition, this program discusses the many types of powers-of-attorney and will identify those that are acceptable and those to be avoided. The goal of the program is to give participants a better understanding of the documents and legal issues that greatly define safe deposit activity. The instructor will explore compliance issues, and participants will gain knowledge on how to comply with regulations affecting safe deposit.
