Program Information
This evening program is a must for bank personnel responsible for opening new accounts. For employees new to the job, this seminar provides an introduction to account ownerships permitted in the state of Tennessee. The benefit to all new account representatives (and the bank) is the emphasis on the bank’s customer identification program (CIP), customer due diligence (CDD), and ID theft prevention (Red Flags) programs. The relationship of account opening to the bank’s BSA/AML program is highlighted throughout the seminar.
