Program Information
This seminar is a comprehensive overview of BSA’s record-keeping and reporting requirements. Program content also contains an introduction to suspicious activity reporting requirements as well as the mandate to implement a written anti-money laundering program. These elements are integrated in a practical analysis of how to establish, evaluate, and administer a working BSA compliance effort. All persons with BSA/AML responsibilities, particularly BSA officers and auditors, are required to participate in an ongoing training program. This program serves as a detailed introduction for new personnel and an important review for experienced personnel. It is presented by Ken Golliher, Pegasus Education Services, LLC, Louisville, KY.
