Hotel Reservations: The TBA has reserved a block of rooms at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel at special convention rates of $170 single/double and $190 triple/quad, plus applicable taxes. There are a limited number of rooms for Saturday night, June 5.
Delegates are requested to make hotel accommodations as soon as possible by calling 1-800-336-3335. Let reservations personnel know that you are attending the TBA Annual Meeting. The cutoff date for making reservations at the special convention rate is May 5, 2010. After May 5, all rooms not guaranteed by deposit or credit card will be released for general sale at standard rates. When the allotted room block is sold, room rates will return to standard prices on a space-available basis, even if it is before the May 5 cutoff. Please make your arrangements early to assure you are housed in the convention hotel at the special rate.
The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to one night’s room and tax.
