NEW LOCATION - This program has been moved to the Hilton Memphis

One-Date, One-Site Only
2009 Identifying and Managing Problem Loans
Co-sponsored by the Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi Bankers Associations
This program, conducted by John Barrickman, a nationally recognized credit trainer, will focus on the “deadly sins” that are the cause of large numbers of problem loans in banks.  Participants in this program will learn how to identify potential problem borrowers and problem industries.  They will also identify when it is time to “prune” their portfolio and best practices in addressing weaknesses.  Participants will learn to evaluate alternatives and reach decisions on the approaches to provide the most money-present value, in the least time, with the least cost and least risk.  Exercises and case studies will demonstrate the application of concepts.
