The Young Bankers Division works to engage, connect, and empower young banking professionals from across the state to shape and lead the future of the state’s financial industry. Attendees include leaders from all areas within the bank generally aged in their 30s to early 40s.

Why should you attend?

  •     Get access to top industry thought leaders and grow your network.
  •     Share ideas with your peers and get strategies for solving your challenges.
  •     Get answers to professional problems that you can put into action.
  •     Gain insight to help you influence positive change within your organization.

Speakers Include

Brittany Wagner
Nationally respected athletic academic counselor and life coach from Netflix’s Last Chance U
Wagner uses her now famous line, “Do you have a pencil?” to motivate individuals everywhere. Known for giving “troublemakers” their last chance at making it to the next level, she was the vivacious, mentor, and mother-figure to student-athletes—often times the driving factor behind their future successes.

Robert Dozier
Chief Business Officer for Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta
Dozier taps in to his years of experience as a community banker to remind today’s bankers that they should make an effort to get to know their customers, truly listen to them, and get involved in their communities. By banking with their hearts as well as their heads, leaders can forge relationships that last a lifetime and help build communities that thrive.

Linda Murray Bullard
Owner of LSMB Business Solutions
Bullard, who leads a business and personal development consulting firm headquartered in Chattanooga, is the author and self-publisher of The Well Ran Dry: Memoirs of a Motherless Child, which is an autobiographical account of what it was like to be raised without her mother as well as being a teen mom.
