The credit memorandum is a primary means of communication within the banking industry. It is the cornerstone of the credit line. It tells the “whole story” of what has happened, what is the impact, and what are the future implications. Led by Jerry Crigger, banker and consultant, this newly formatted program is designed for multiple audiences. It will provide participants with immediate applicable insights and will focus on writing more precisely and accurately on how best to understand and write about the key performance concepts for both C & I lending and commercial real estate lending.
