The Tennessee Bankers Association is proud to announce the creation of Leaders in Banking Excellence. Leaders in Banking Excellence is a celebration of exceptional bankers throughout Tennessee’s history. This is an opportunity to honor those leaders who have helped shape the Tennessee banking industry through permanent recognition in the building’s structure.

TBA will be accepting applications from all member banks. Leaders in Banking Excellence is open to Tennessee bankers who have excelled in one or more of the following areas:
• Banking
• Community service
• Civic involvement

TBA staff and board members will carefully review all recommendations and select bankers who exemplify the values of the Tennessee Bankers Association.

Leaders in Banking Excellence will be displayed on a designated high-traffic area of the new TBA building. Honorees’ names will become a permanent addition to the TBA building. Due to the prominent location of the Leaders in Banking Excellence display, the honorees will be viewed by all TBA visitors, including TBA members, Financial PSI customers and members of other organizations using the training space.

Cost for honoring a member will be $10,000. In addition to recognition in the new building, the TBA will prepare and distribute a special news release for Nashville and the banker’s hometown media. The proceeds from these naming opportunities will be used to help underwrite the capital costs of the TBA building.
