The following form is meant to assist existing associate members of the Tennessee Bankers Association. If you are not already a member, please complete the application at http://www.tnbankers.org/associates/application to determine whether you are eligible.

To make changes to your company's listings:
Today's date, company name, phone number, and name of the person submitting this form are required. Then, complete only the fields below that apply to the changes for your listing. Associate membership does not constitute an endorsement by the TBA of the associate’s product or service nor does it authorize use of the association’s name or logo for marketing purposes.

Dues payment must be received before membership changes will apply.
• Annual associate dues are $1,000. Dues are prorated to $500 after July 1.
• Each additional contact name $150. Dues are prorated to $75 after July 1.
• Each additional category is $200 for the same MAIN contact or $350 for a different category contact person.
